Kopeat Exports supplies premium Pre-Filled Coir Grow Bags, designed for greenhouse farming, hydroponics, and commercial cultivation. Each bag expands to 100 × 15 × 15 cm, offering a volume of about 23 litres and a weight of 2.5 kg.
Made with a 70% coco peat and 30% husk chips blend, these bags deliver excellent aeration, water retention, and root support. Alternate mixes such as 100% coco peat, 50/50, 30/70, or 100% chips are also available to suit different crops.
The substrate maintains a pH of 5.5 – 6.5, with EC levels customisable as per requirement. Each bag is packed in a 350 GSM LDPE poly film, UV-stabilised for up to 3 years, with the standard white outer / black inner design. Custom printing with logos and artwork is available.
Grow bags can be configured with planting holes (round or square) and drip/drain hole layouts based on order specifications, making them highly versatile for strawberries, cucumbers, tomatoes, and leafy crops.
A 40′ HC container can load approx. 9,680 bags, palletised, stretch-wrapped, and securely strapped, with a net weight of about 24 MT.
