Kopeat Exports supplies high-quality Pre-Filled Coir Grow Bags designed for greenhouse farming, hydroponics, and commercial cultivation. Each bag expands to 100 × 12 × 12 cm, offering a growing volume of about 15 litres with an average weight of 1.6 Kg.
Crafted from a standard 70% coco peat and 30% husk chips blend, these bags deliver excellent moisture retention, aeration, and drainage. Alternate mixes such as 100% coco peat, 50/50, 30/70, or 100% husk chips are also available to suit crop-specific needs.
With a pH range of 5.5 – 6.5 and an EC level around 4.5 mS/cm (customisable), Kopeat Grow Bags provide a stable and reliable growing environment. Each bag is manufactured using 350 GSM LDPE poly film, black inside and white outside, UV-protected for up to 3 years. Branding and custom artwork can be printed as per client requirements.
Grow bags can be supplied with circular or square planting holes, along with customised drip and drain hole layouts, making them suitable for strawberries, cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers, and leafy greens.
A 40′ HC container can load approximately 14,960 grow bags, palletised, stretch-wrapped, and securely strapped, with a net weight of about 24 MT.
