Each block undergoes a rigorous washing and buffering process (Ca/Mg treatment) to remove excess salts like sodium and potassium, ensuring a low EC (<0.5 mS/cm, 1:5 method) and stable pH range of 5.5–6.5. Triple sieving removes dust and sand, resulting in a clean, consistent medium with a balanced fibre structure — safe for sensitive plant roots.
